ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We offer full architectural design and planning services including submission to local authorities. Our design team will tailor the design to suit your requirements and we have the experience and knowledge to successfully secure planning approval.

All our design works are carried out in-house. During the design and planning stage, we will carry out onsite measured surveys, understand your needs and draft a set of plans for review. Once you are happy with the plans, we will then submit the plans for planning application. We will be acting as an agent to deal with the planning officer during this stage.

We would prefer to continue work on the constructions for you after the design & planning stage, nevertheless it is completely fine with us if you decide to go with another building company for the construction works for whatever reason.
